The dimension of the deal was not disclosed by the corporate.

The transfer is an effort by the Tata Group agency to widen its portfolio in the rising meals and drinks area, TCPL stated in a press release.

NourishCo, a 50:50 three way partnership of TCPL and PepsiCo, operates in the wholesome hydration area and has manufacturers like Himalayan mineral water, Tata Gluco Plus and Tata Water Plus.
