NEW DELHI: The dwelling ministry on Sunday advised the states and Union territories to facilitate the inter-state movement of only distressed migrant employees, pilgrims, vacationers and college students who had moved from their native locations or workplaces simply earlier than the lockdown and couldn’t return on account of restrictions positioned on movement of individuals throughout the lockdown.

The Home Secretary has accordingly requested the State/UT governments to facilitate the movement of such distressed stranded individuals as allowed below MHA orders.
