Designed to belt out idlis with a splash of chutney, Ayyappa created the idli machine for meals establishments. “All that’s to be performed is load cooked idlis and selections of chutney or idli, or each. It takes about 60 seconds to roll a plate of idli. “The idlis are ready and put in in slots. The chutney and sambar is ready within the machine (custom-made able to cook dinner chutney and sambar powder is loaded within the machine. After the order is positioned, the programme mixes the required amount of boiling water with the powders within the machine),” explains Ayyappa. The machine holds as much as 80 plates of idli, and every slot goes by means of a strategy of sanitisation.
Ayyappa and his spouse wish to use the machine to arrange fast service eating places throughout the nation, and are open to franchisees. For particulars, go to www.idlimachine.com.
